Great Location and Very Nice Accommodations

Overall, the accommodations were very nice and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the beaches. The unit is located close to the tennis courts and complex pool, which is nice to use after coming back from the beach.

Great location and property

The property was very close to the park and ride to Rehoboth and in the instances that we could not use the bus, the included parking pass was helpful. The townhome was clean and very close to the pool and pickleball courts. Thank you!

Very spacious and beautiful town home near the beach. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Even charging stations! We enjoyed the quiet and safe neighborhood!

Quick getaway

Made a last minute decision to stay a few nights closer to the beach while my daughter had a lacrosse tournament at DE Turf. This was exactly what we needed. The house was lovely, in a convenient location, quiet neighborhood with a great pool. We’d love to stay again.

Townhouse had everything we needed. A quick 8 minute ride to beach/boardwalk/restaurants. Pool was clean and not overcrowded. Cleaning service issues only negative comment - hair and razor cap in shower, floor mats soaking wet, floors sandy, stove top very dirty, debris found under bed, corners of rooms with dead bugs. Should not be like this given the money they charge.

A hot stay during the heat of summer

The place was great and the amenities and closeness to the beach were perfect. Only downside was that the place never felt cool enough. Couldn't set the temperature below 74 during a week of 95+ heat. We had to purchase multiple floor fans for the attic bedroom, as the AC never reached up there. Overall great stay and we escaped the heat at the pool most days. I would book this place again during a cooler month.

This was an amazing property- our favorite in 5 yrs of coming to Rehoboth! We appreciated the small touches so much!! It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balconies, great kitchen, comfy beds, amazing location. Just wonderful all around!

Great location nice. It’s a spacious house. However, House needs some updating and better cleaning. Seemed like pets were in the house prior to our stay. A lot of animal hair stuck to our clothing and made us sneeze.

this house is designed for a maximum of 5 people and not 9, there is no grill and you cannot use any kind of grill in the community, also the cleanliness can be rated as 2

Above average townhome

This townhome was in a great location. However, in comparison to other vacation condos and townhomes I would rate it as average. The condo has the original kitchen and bathrooms. The furnishings are on the older side also. Linens were an additional cost. The tv utilizes streaming services and lg live tv. It is very difficult to navigate. After extensively searching through lg live tv and the streaming services, we determined that we did not have access to college football games. Very disappointing.

NO noise after 10 pm

My adult son and his adult friends enjoyed this property very much — they had a great weekend. They were warned following the first night regarding evening noise. I then received an email alerting me to “NO noise is permitted after 10 pm.” Whether it is young families or adult friends, a 10 pm noise curfew during summer beach season seems unrealistic. In addition, the property manager led me to believe that this area has a high rental capacity. If that’s truly the case, then it would surprise me that they can enforce a 10 pm noise curfew. Aside from that, the weekend and stay was perfect!

Pleasantly surprised!!

This was such a great location and a perfect property to stay in. We were here for a lacrosse tournament so needed a place to stay in an unfamiliar area. I was worried the location was too far away from the beach and wasn't too sure about the pool. The townhouse was three floors, with 4 queen beds so my family all took our own bed. Kids had the third floor. Laundry was on the second floor with the bedrooms- very convenient. The pool was warm and clean and very big. Two tennis courts you sign up for out of courtesy which was also clutch and the best part about it wa it came with a town/beach parking permit, backpack cooler for the beach and 4 beach chair. Very clutch. My favorite was to drink my coffee over looking the tennis courts in the morning on the screened in porch. We absolutely loved it. short ride to the beach - literally 3 minutes and we rented towels and sheets from another local company the realty company recommended and it was perfect. Totally worth it. Oh- and Rehobath Beach was beautiful, clean and fun. The townhouse itself was updated just enough. Nothing fancy, but the decor and style of the house was nice.
