This hotel is nicely situated a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk while being in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of shopping and dining options in an easy walking distance.

Room was ok but bathroom was small our room along the street was kind of noisy request a room facing the lake if you like quiet breakfast was all prepackaged parking lot was full when we got back to the room,which was never serviced. Very walkable area for dining and drinking so we would stay again if we visit rehoboth beach

We love this hotel and its location. So sad that they took the hot breakfast away. One of the main reasons we booked here. Other hotels in the area are similar priced and do have hot breakfast. Unfortunately we will be looking to book those places.

Despite the resort fee and name, this is not at all a resort. It is an aging concrete motel from before Rehoboth was cool. That said, sheets were clean, window unit wasn't too too noisy and you are literally in the midst of Rehoboth. Easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants and a short drive to the outlets. The staff are super sweet. I'd have been perfectly satisfied if the property had just said "motel in Rehoboth!!"

Definitely old and has seen better days facility-wise. They do a good job. I stay at A Lot of chain hotels for sports (3 weekends per month). These were the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen! The beds are comfy. The staff is super helpful and nice. The area is walkable and super cute. We played at the DE Turf fields and the drive wasn’t bad at all.

Smells nice, looks updated and walking distance to boardwalk, stayed 3 nights no hot breakfast, pool is warm but small, single small elevator we took the stairs everyday and didn't get our room clean the whole time had to ask for more towels and put our trash in the hall to get it removed

We stayed at this property for a few days April 2024, it's clean and quiet. We stay on the fourth floor. It's walkable to the boardwalk and the room was nice. There is a pool how however we did not use it. They serve free, continental breakfast, but it's quite limited .

Hotel was an easy walk to the main road with parking on site. The garage is a bit tight to navigate but it was ok since it wasn't crowded when we went. We were in a roomy, updated suite and it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. My only complaint about the hotel is there is only 1 elevator so when going up and down with luggage, we had to wait a bit. Otherwise it was easy enough to use the stairs. Another small issue, is the breakfast included really was just some cereal packages and milk. I would stay here again though. It was really nice and really roomy.

Used to love this hotel. We've stayed here multiple times. This time -- found out upon arrival they did away with the hot breakfast, had to switch rooms due to howling and barking dogs going all night in the room below us, and then was threatened the next night by two men smoking outside of my kids room. Took the family and ran from that place. It was worth losing two nights stay just to be safe. Avoid.
