This was a great location for our trip and the house had everything we needed! It was a tight squeeze for 3 couples, an infant, and a toddler, but we were able to manage no problem. I would recommend this as an affordable option for a Rehoboth stay.

In town for a relatives wedding. Everything was as advertised. Would love to go back and stay again for an actual vacation. Beautiful area. Nice neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance.

We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 kids (age 8 and 9). The ONE downside is the 3rd floor bedroom can only be accessed through one of the 2nd floor bedrooms (which was accurately indicated in the listing so not a surprise, just something to consider). The bathrooms weren't as clean as I would have hoped upon check in but not at a level warranting a call to the agent. Overall it was a good spot for 2 families enjoying the beach!

My family and I had a great stay. The location is walkable to the beach and shops on rehobeth ave. Very easy to communicate with remax. We had an issue with the washer that was quickly resolved. Would recommend to others.

My family and I recently stayed here and had a very nice time. The property is a short walk to the beach, and the house is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed having the screened-in porch to use in the evenings. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities for a week's vacation. The only downside is that the furniture in the photos for this unit is not accurate. The furniture in the living room is very different, and much older than the pictures here.

I have been going to Rehoboth Beach for more than two decades. Rental prices have sky rocketed. This property is both affordable and close to the beach. It clearly has had its fair share of renters but is well maintained. This is my second stay.

Excellent location. Walkable to all restaurants, beaches, and entertainment. If you bring bikes Cape Henlopen Park is a 20min ride. House was very cozy and we had enough room for 5 people. Everything was as described. I would definitely return!

Last week I stayed in the other side of the duplex, and this week this side. This one has more kitchen amenities (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.) including a dish washer, but a little smaller.

The location of the house was perfect, as we were able to walk to many restaurants along the Boardwalk by the beach. However, the house itself was not in optimal condition. Some of the walls had peeling paint, and it didn't feel completely clean. I also believe the house isn't designed for eight people; fortunately, there were only six of us and a dog, so we managed to fit. The dining table was quite tight. Additionally, the rooms were very small, which makes me think the house is better suited for six rather than eight guests. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you!
