Rental NOT as expected

I am not one to complain but I feel compelled to review this rental property and the property management team to warn others. The trip began by being locked outside for over an hour with a garage code that did not work. The only reason we got inside was by tracking down a maintenance person to assist us. The property management never returned our call or helped with the issue. There was most definitely a cat in the home previously which caused for a very uncomfortable and shortened stay for one of our family members who was very allergic. This pet (or any pet in the rental) was never disclosed to us. The pipes make a terrible, loud noise anytime anyone runs the water in a sink or shower so needless to say people were awakened very early in the morning or late at night by this. The home was EXTREMELY dirty. We did request clean sheets which were brought to us the second day. We had to buy cleaning products to scrub the floors and counters. There was dried up food on the table and countertops. There were leaky ant traps on the kitchen floor. The appliances that were listed as “updated” were very old. The refrigerator has a broken ice maker and water dispenser. The grill was so dirty with old food that it was unusable. There were multiple other smaller issues such as dirty and torn rugs on the home. Spilled drinks and food down the walls and on baseboards, etc. I called and emailed Vacasa daily. We are still waiting for a response from their local team.

Bayside Resort Selbyville

Property had issues, no regrigerator water or ice maker functioning all week in 90 degree heat. problem with a broken pipe and howling noise while running hot water all week. (could be heard outside) Amenity passes took 1.5 hours to obtain...Vacasa had issues..line out the door..records of pmt not updated for passes. Grill was disgusting..took my husband over an hour to clean in order to use

5 Bedroom Home in Bayside

We rented this home for a family vacation and were not disappointed. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We have stayed in many, many rental properties over the years, and this was the cleanest and nicest by far. It was within walking distance to the pool and next to hiking trails and a pond for fishing. We will definitely be back if we stay in Bayside in the future!

Just What We Needed!

This place is beautifully decorated! Well equipped with everything thats needed. Close to the amenities of the neighborhood, semi-private as it is a corner lot. Overall! I would totally recommend and would definitely book again!

Wonderful!

This spacious house was perfect for our large group that was here for a tennis tournament in Sea Colony. Clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with everything you'll need and then some. We recommend you purchase activity passes so you can enjoy all of the extras in the community. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A great vacation

Beautiful house. Immaculately clean. Gorgeous furnishings. Plenty of room for our family of 12 to have together time as well as privacy. Two pools to enjoy, one with activities for the kids and one quieter and more relaxing depending on your mood. Close enough to drive to the Delaware beaches. Delicious restaurants nearby and ice cream choices for a night time treat! We were all sad to leave and the kids were already asking when we can go back! A great vacation!!!
