There were 40 of us staying at 4 different places. Ours was the only one with enough room to accommodate all 40 on the night we all got together. The place was clean, well-laid-out, had 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a garage, two family rooms, and so on. As an example of how impeccable I found it, my only, very minor, suggestion is to add a floormat upon entering from the garage.
We loved that there were three floors to the house, bedrooms spread out. It gave more privacy and more privacy for the older kids from the real little kids.
This property was great, there is a lovely screened in porch that was amazing. There are super comfortable blankets in the living room for lounging! The twin bed have memory foam toppers! TV Channel selection was great! The house was clean and well maintained!

The home was very nice but the cleanliness was not.The linen package was messed up. I ordered the linen package before our trip but when it did not arrive by 6 pm that night I called and was told I did not order the package. The agent sent the linen company over to deliver the linen but the delivery person and the agent were very rude about it. I understand mishaps happen but what happened to “the customer is always right”? To make up for it they did give us another parking tag but unbeknown to us the parking tags are not useful. The tags are inconvenient for parking. You have to use the parking meters to park close to the beach. The beach also had way too many rules like not being able to fly a kite, throw a ball, or play any games for that matter. We were told we couldn’t fly the kite after we had it set up and ready to go. The rules posted for the beach did not mention kites. The stipulation of a certain size sun cover on the beach was also inconvenient. We followed the rules and only brought umbrellas but while we were there we saw many others with canopy’s. We will not be visiting Rehoboth beach again. The biggest downfall is the parking. Very expensive.
A group of us that went to college have stayed here now two times, the locations great, and we have enjoyed it that we are looking to rent it again for next year.
This is a beautiful home and very comfortable. We were in walking distance to Rehoboth Ave and the Restaurant next door (Eggs) was so good. Try the Eggs Benedict!! The couch in the living room was the best! We just relaxed and watched football on Saturday and could all fit and lounge around! The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay again and recommend A+
