“The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. ”

“The property is clean and pet friendly. The downside is that the rug in the covered patio is in deep need of replacement as there is a heavy smell upon first entry-- which is not indicative of the rest of the property, but also not the best way to be introduced. The only other thing is that I didn't realize that the beach was a 15 minute drive, rather than walk. The owner is very very responsive and that was great because I accidentally locked myself out. The keys don't work for all the locks,……

“Nice home at the end of a quiet residential street. Easy access to the Atlantic Ave main road to Bethany Beach Boardwalk, restaurants such as Northeast Seafood Kitchen, DiFebo’s, Off the Hook, and Sea Colony area (east), and Giant food, Weis Markets, and many other restaurants to the west. Bethany Beach Boardwalk is about 10 min by car or 15 minutes by bike. The house has been nicely remodeled with a new kitchen, sunroom, and appliances.
