She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. “This was my first experience booking a property via VRBO. The experience was perfect. I sent a few questions to the property manager which were answered quickly, the booking process was easy. No spare linens….had to call to receive. Few pictures in the wall made me believe that the leaks were a longstanding problem. Overall unit was clean but couch was full of crumbs when laid out into a bed. Kitchen was nice, washer/dryer worked well. Location was convenient. ”
