“I paid Expedia in advance but showed up last night to stay at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Appleton and they did not have a room for me. Near by hotels were also full so I slept in my vehicle in their parking lot for awhile and then drove 3 hours through the rain to get home. Expedia please refund my payment for the hotel room you did not reserve for me. Tim Andryk”

“Hot tub was ice cold. TV was broken and they said they would fix it. We never heard from them again. Pool room looks like it was never swept or cleaned. Breakfast was cold. $102 for the night is cheap, but it was a ripoff for the stay at this property. ”

“This hotel is beautifully maintained. The lobby is pleasant, there is water and coffee available around the clock. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott!”

“A mini refrigerator and microwave were presided. The bed was comfortable. It was not a high end hotel, but it served its purpose well. Check in and check out were efficient”

“We had just an okay stay at this hotel. THe most concerning aspect was the lack of staff present to help. In the morning (from 7- 9 am), there was a locked grail across staff welcoming center and no note about whether staff may be back or not. Similarly, arriving at night, the staff presence was minimal. The room was quite dated and worn, with stains over the outside and inside of the refrigerator and multiple stains in the bathroom. By the way, this hotel brand does not provide hand……
