“Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”

“The hotel is right opposite the airport , great place to stay for last night of your holiday , The facilities are nice and the bed was very comfortable . I would recommend booking dinner as soon as you arrive as the restaurant gets very busy however you can order from the bar and take the food to your room Staff are very friendly ”

“My husband & I had to travel from the other end of the country to visit an elderly relative in the nearby hospital, and needed a reasonably-priced last-minute room for 2 nights. This fitted the bill perfectly, and I knew we'd made the right choice when I spoke to the Manager. What a lovely guy: friendly, honest, helpful, straightforward, and so easy to deal with. “After many years living in central Dorking and now living elsewhere, this is our ‘go to’ hotel when we visit family in the area. Since it’s refurbishment it is a nice place to stay and within easy walking of restaurants and shops on Dorking High Street. Parking is limited on site, but both M&S and Sainsbury’s have paid car parking and the hours are 8am - 6pm Mon - Sat. We prefer Sainsbury’s - come out of the hotel, turn left and go up the first small road on the left - it is signposted. The……
