「Great location, 5 minutes to Earls Court station, which is right inside of Zone 1. Room was super clean. Everything was labeled and room came with all amenities to rest, make a meal, do laundry and have a restful sleep. The place was so clean as if no one has ever stayed there. Spacious enough for two grownups and two kids to stay comfortably.」

「This property significantly misses the mark in meeting expectations as advertised. We had 2 rooms booked of the same room type. One of the rooms did not have a king size bed as advertised and there was a clear difference in the bed sizes between each room. One room did not have working air conditioning which was evident they were aware of as there were fans placed in that room. They did not fix the air conditioning until the 5th day of our stay. In the other room the air conditioning stopped...

「Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. 」

「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」
