“Great for late arrival. Food and bed are both good.”

“Basic last minute family room after our original property let us down. Fair price for what you got. Didn't like the strong smell of air freshener on the first night felt like it was an attempt to mask something as could have sworn we smelt cannabis around the landing etc the first night, gone the second night and we only stayed the two nights. Window in the room was hard to close properly and lots of loud traffic all the time. Staff was friendly and had banter , shop and petrol station across……

“Stayed for 1 night. On arrival was greeted by having to shout to the reception staff as the function room was right next door with a wedding and loud music. States free breakfast on Expedia however, the hotel does not provide any breakfast. This was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. Walked to the room through dated corridors up and down numerous steps. Corridors smelt "old" The room.....well where to start?....entry light to the room flickered on and off and if you wanted the main……

“Our flight delayed and reached hotel at midnight. Although hotel could not provide 24 hours check in service, they are supportive and leave the key and clear information to us on counter so that we can quickly DIY and have a good sleep.”

“Arrived at the property at 12:30 AM. There was no one to let us in. We called Expedia help line but they were not able to contact the property. One day earlier, we were told that someone would be there. We were lucky to find another hotel that was open. Please refund my money.”

“The manor house and estate was spectacular. We were a little disappointed in that we booked to stay in this wonderful manor, but upon arrival we were told that our room was located in a small house on the property about 400yards from the manor house by the entrance gate. It was referred to at the "lodge" Reception staff were efficient, but not exactly friendly. The breakfast was exceptional.”
