“The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable the building staff are warm friendly and very accommodating we had very small issues such as the coffee machine and the living room television but owner was very responsive and addressed both. We enjoyed the pool and there was a pool party thrown by the building management which was great. The location is close to everything just a very short car drive. The neighborhood is transitioning so day time walks are ok. I would definitely stay again……

“Unfortunately I was unable to get a hold of this property the week of. I guessed I would get check in details upon arrival. When I arrived from out of town, I was told there was no reservation for me, despite numerous confirmations, charges, insurance purchase receipts etc. After some back and forth with the "answering service" I was told they had a one bedroom for me and my 3 adult children. They called me a no show and it has been a nightmare. I will not use this service again. ”

“Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to……

“Property was just as listed, spacious and comfortable for family of four. Apartment located in quiet building, couple blocks walking to supermarket and several restaurants. Found street parking easily throughout the weekend. Balcony has views of immediate neighborhood. Communication with host was easy. Would recommend.”

“This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. That number goes to voicemail for a Ms. Jacobs, who then texts me “hello???” after I made several attempts to call her. I asked her about the booking and she was very……

“Quaint, comfortable and excellently located row house. well appointed kitchen. Very Good bed. We had everything we needed to enjoy the Fells point area. We loved it. The owner communicated clearly and on a timely manner. Finding parking spots along the streets was not as difficult as we thought.”
