"Overall, very nice experience. We were visiting Columbia to attend our nephews graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. It was very nice to have a home to come back to and rest after his graduation vs. going back to a hotel room. The house was clean, but does need some overall updating. The queen bed in one of the bedrooms-not the main bedroom-was not very comfortable. Every time one of us slightly moved in bed, the bed would squeak loudly. Updating this would do wonders. Top Rembert Hotel Reviews

Hyatt Place Sumter / Downtown

10/10 Excellent

"I love the Hyatt, always an excellent experience!"

Quality Inn Sumter near Shaw AFB

8/10 Good

"The room was okay.... the front desk staff could have been friendlier. It sucks when you are not able to take breakfast to your room. I was traveling with my 80 years old mother who did not feel well enough to get dress and go eat at the restaurant. I find this to be an inconvenience. Therefore, we never got the free breakfast. People with disabilities or many elderly are not able to move to travel to get them something to eat. This was a real inconvenience."
