「Staff was very pleasant and polite. Breakfast area was clean and large enough to accommodate a lot of people. 」

「My room was spotless. Staff were friendly and efficient on a very busy weekend. The breakfast buffet was ready on time and included foods for a variety of eaters (eggs, sausage, waffle station, yogurt, fruit, cereal). Parking was free, easy, and convenient. Thumbs up all around.」

「Breakfast was ok. Coffee was wonderful. Room was big with a nice king size bed and a comfy couch to sit on. Room was very quiet - we never heard any neighbors, but as it was graduation weekend, i think the hotel must have been pretty full so good insulation. Nice big bathroom with a good layout. There was a pool but we didn't use it.」

「Loved that the owner shared the history of the house, it was well preserved and beautiful. Room was great and each room had a corresponding private bath with toiletries, towels, and even robes. Location was perfect for walkability and breakfast was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「Nice Hotel, I would stay there again. It was a short stay so I didn't use pool area. Room was clean and very nice. Wasn't a huge fan of the bed, older spring matters, but I slept fine and my neighbors were not loud. Thin walls and can hear everything in hallway. My room slightly smelled like smoke but wasn't overwhelming. I didn't get to enjoy the full breakfast that was provided but I was excited to see the grab n go bagels that were individually wrapped. 「I was a single person traveling that ended up with a room with a double bed and was asked to only use one bed. I've never and all of my 59 years had any hotel or motel Tell me not to use the second bed.」

「The walls are thin and so are the floors. I think I heard the guy upstairs snoring all night, but it was muted and sounded like my big dog, so it was actually pretty soothing. Rooms are pretty sparse with bare wood floors. You could add washable room size 8x10 rugs and really step it up for not much money. Breakfast buffet was pretty sparse and you could add a few more tables. 」

「If you are looking for a unique experience in a beautiful older home, this is the place in Mt. Pleasant. Very quiet when we stayed. We will definitely be back vs. staying in a hotel. Service was very friendly checking in and out.」
