“Rooms were very clean. Staff was a 10/10”

“This is an aging property. This is our 3rd year staying at this Hyatt Place. The location is fantastic if you've got an event at the BOK center.”

“Great location to concert and comfortable beds!”

“The room was good and breakfast was ok. Then lady that checked me took over thirty minutes to check me in and was confused because it was booked online and showed a virtual card. Was telling me i had to put a card on file for the room due to this. It was really frustrating since the room was already paid for through the company i work for”

“Easy in and out and clean”

“This is a very nice hotel. The parking is a bonus since you have very little parking available in the area. The breakfast is not bad. You do have a few nice places to eat nearby and some stores to go shopping. We did notice a couple of museums nearby but they were not open since it was later in the evening.”

“Location, staff, amenities, room were all fantastic. Only thing that was a bummer was zero parking. The hotel offered valet but the cost was pretty expensive. The hotel also does not validate parking if you park in one of the parking garages that they recommend. Never stayed at a hotel that did not cover parking that was not valet or at least validate it if having to pay off property. Other than that, lovely stay.”

“Great location, friendly staff, very accommodating, a free shuttle to take you around town, super clean rooms. We loved our stay and will stay again when we visit Tulsa.”

“It was not up to par! Mildew in bathroom, faucet & handle very loose, broken lamp shade, and the indoor pool was not swim-able. The pump wasn’t on, cloudy stagnant water with a big hairball floating in it. The air vent was literally covered in black. We had a very disappointed 6 year old!”

“The staff was friendly. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and bed was comfortable.”
