Check in was easy, as I did it online ahead of time, so only had to pick up keys. However, if someone wasn't there to help you that could have been a little time consuming, but all in all it was fine. The keys are also used to get on the elevators and can only be used to access your floor, so that's a great security feature. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, nice size TV, bathroom and bar/coffee (w/frig) area and closet. I think they should upgrade their coffee units to Keurig, what they have is a bit outdated for the price of the rooms. Stayed two nights and called for a late check out for a Sunday departure and was accommodated, however for a fee. Thinking they could have waived that, especially since they blocked the room key, and my 84 yr old Mother had to find assistance to get back to the room. As an overall place to stay it was it was nice, and I'd actually stay there again.

Mattress was very uncomfortable and there was an indent in the mattress that I kept falling into. Was supposed to get a king room, which I did not get. Check in was terrible, the kiosk went down and a lot of us were checking in when it happened. We all had to stand in line for a while! I only got a couple hours of sleep before my 4 day conference started!

17th floor was very loud with Construction going late and early mornings. Could not have a good night sleep and staff would not provide a different room. Not accommodating at all. Staff should not have allowed customers on that floor.

The hotel staff in every area were amazing and helpful! Our big complaint was the queen bed in the King suite we ordered!? They tried to upsell us on rooms several times before were arrived and even as we checked in and then we noticed this queen bed after unpacking-disappointing. Concert venue excellent for our show.

Such a nice clean hotel. Front desk was warm and friendly. They upgraded us for free, without us asking! We’ve never been upgraded, and the suite was amazing! Easy online check out. Love the Grand Sierra.
