The bed was super comfortable. Signs say travel lodge so it was a bit confusing to find and breakfast was just coffee and a granola bar

The staff was nice and helpful which is why I gave two stars. However, the property was very run down. The outside looked terrible. The sink in the room had a loose faucet and there was water on the bathroom floor when we first checked in. It was not worth the cost.

Room was clean. Iron stairs had orange juice spilled and a kid had slipped with juice in morning. Breakfast was weak light coffee no aroma, one coffee cake that had expired. One blue berry muffin This place does not look very good to stay in the furture for me.

This place needs a facelift and remodel upgrades

Clean bed and sheets, clean towels. No instructions on how to use the tv remote, I had yo call the front desk. I killed 2 Cockroaches in my room.

I liked the staff when checking in, he was very nice and polite. I don't like that there was no breakfast not even a pastry. The whole building outside need renovation or at least to be cleaned, new carpets, and update TV and cable.

Welcome to downtown Reno :/

We chose this property over others for the free breakfast. This turned out to be a granola bar or little bites mini muffin in a tiny bag. Night staff was helpful and friendly. Morning not so much. Property is let's say, gritty. Unhappy customer kicked in the glass office door the same night.
