Quiet and cozy retreat

My son and I stayed for three nights in April. The house was clean, comfy, and quiet. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, the Riverwalk, and the Row area. The location was convenient for our needs, close to downtown but tucked away on a quiet street. The host was helpful and quickly answered our questions. We would stay again.

Absolutely loved the house. Met another couple there and it had plenty of room for us all. Living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Definitely would stay again.

5 minute walk to all things mid town. Quiet unit behind main house with easy access, good on site and street parking and fully stocked kitchen.

UNR Parents Weekend

We enjoyed our Parents Weekend at this property. It is about a 9 minute drive to the campus. Great coffee shop within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. The backyard was a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. It was very comfortable for two people.

Awesome experience!

This is a great space! Well appointed and comfortable. We immediately felt right at home. Parking for more than one vehicle took a little bit to figure out. Location is very convenient yet private. We will be back!

Wow

This is now my favorite place to stay in the city. Beautifully remodeled guest house behind the main house with private access through the alley.. the home has been completely remodeled very tasteful with no detail overlooked. Only a three minute walk to Virginia Street in Middletown close to restaurants, wine bars in Shopping
