“I want to be fair about my experience. I did find a bed bug in my room. Fortunately it was on the top cover, but it was still concerning. To their credit, the staff responded quickly and immediately moved me to another room. I had clothes laid out after my shower, and the attendant put them directly into the dryer on high heat to make sure they were safe, which I appreciated. Even after changing rooms, it was difficult to relax or get good rest knowing there had been a bed bug. Because of the……

“The staff have been super helpful and caring, they really do their best to make sure you are good to go and have your best interest in mind, unlike many places ive been. Its also very clean and quiet, and concenient for people that walk everywhere since its close to all the bigger stores”

“No! The property was suspect at best. Hotel was not clean. The pictures on the Expedia website do not reflect the actual hotel in Redwood falls. Did not feel safe at all. No one was available to accommodate us check in with.”

“I gave the overall 4-star rating because the manager (owner?) was so helpful and eager to make my stay comfortable. Having said that, the place is undergoing remodeling so the current (unremodeled) rooms are dated and a bit rundown, but they have everything you need if you're not planning on spending all day in the room; a comfortable bed, a functioning bathroom, streaming TV, and even a little couch and desk. I look forward to staying here again when the renovations are complete.”
