“We absolutely loved our stay here, right in the centre of the old town. The location was brilliant, lots of restaurants and shops all just steps away. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for a few nights stay in the town. The host was always contactable and was really helpful when arranging checkin, and generally just making sure we were happy and everything was good (which it was!) I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, but worth noting there is 2 flights of stairs……

“The Old Distillery Suites was absolutely wonderful in terms of accommodation and a very helpful and friendly host. The apartment is modern and roomy with nice light and a gorgeous balcony. We enjoyed that balcony for morning coffee and evening wine. We made use of the washing machine which came with instructions. The location is close to the beach area and we spent time walking around the harbor and enjoying all the lovely restaurants. There is a cafe right outside the entrance and shops……

“The biggest issue with this room( ocean ) was the smell. Every day when we returned to our room it smelled like dead mice. It was “okay” after opening the patio doors and airing it out but you can’t run the ac while doing that. We have stayed in other properties where the hosts were very proactive in welcoming us and helping to recommend restaurants, tours, etc. Unfortunately that was not the case here. The location is excellent and in all other respects the property offers a nice stay.”
