"The place had a bad moldy smell, couldn’t close the windows, the beds were very hard and there were literally only 2 towels, no face towels or anything else. The rug from the bathroom still had footprints from previous guests and the sink was diry, the floor had holea and the entryway was very old and not maintained."

"Die Kommunikation war schrecklich, die Schlüsselbox war angeblich gerade kaputt gegangen (wohl vom Vormieter…allerdings fehlte auch noch eine andere Box auf dem Flur). Der Schlüssel lag dann irgendwo auf einem Bilderrahmen. Vorher war niemand an der Telefonnummer ans Telefon gegangen. Also lieber nicht noch mal über diesen Anbieter buchen!"

"Etablissement spatieux mais pas tres propre avec des toiles d'araignee sur les murs. Meubles usés et appartement a renover. Calme mais immeuble assez moche. Prostitue a l'entree de l'immeuble le soir. Mauvaise communication pour la logistique : aucune information sur la cle de l'ascenseur (trouve dans l'appart au 4eme etage apres etre montee les escaliers avec les valises). Le service de resrvation n'a pas voulu communiquer le modalite d'acces au batiment jusqu'au jour de l'arrivée."

"This hotel is a gem! My wife and I were thrilled with all aspects of our stay. The service orientation of the staff is fantastic! We received a wonderful greeting upon arrival by Amadea and Leon. Hozan was excellent throughout our stay, Alex was wonderful in the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and very clean! The heart of Vienna, lined with sidewalk cafes, cathedrals and shops, was literally within a 5-minute walk. Highly recommended! "
