「Prime location, staff very nice and helpful. Used the gym and pool which was nice, small but good enough. Did not take breakfast. Room size is good, overall cleanliness is good. 」

「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which...

「I can't say enough nice this about this hotel. It truly is 5 stars and with very good reason. My room was kept very clean. The housekeeping staff works very hard. And everyone else worked really hard to make me feel at home. I hope one day to make another trip to Romania, I will definitely be booking another stay. And this was very affordable. I would encourage everyone to take a trip to Romania and to book this hotel. 」

「I stayed at the Ecletico villa for 10 days and it was fantastic. The building is old and cute. The room was cleaned every day and restocked. I requested it being vacuumed once because I like to do Pilates and I like a clean floor. The breakfast selection was great. I did not go hungry. The staff was very friendly. I needed an Uber ordered a few times and there was no issue. Great place. Highly recommend it. 」

「Excellent hotel」

「I have state of my wife for three nights and the hotel was amazing. There is no reception or somebody to deal with you. They will give you the code and you will enter the hotel and the room. The bathroom was so beautiful and clean and almost the same size as the room and it has a tub and a shower room, which is very good and we like it. Also, every day they clean the room with a new towels and the sheet and on the last day When I had six hours after checkout, they give me access to the storage.」

「Everything was great, very close to the old town, area without noise, and the staff very friendly. The room was great and spacious taking also into consideration our teens needs. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet.」

「The bath tubs are too high and it is dangerous for us to climb in and out of it, especially when it is slippery! Second, there should be 2 bottles of water when 2 persons are sharing the room. The location is excellent with a good view of the old town!」

「We loved this apartment!!! It is well designed and spacious with very comfortable furnishings. However, it is hard to find if you arrive at night. So take note! If you see a Tuli Travel Center, turn around and enter through the archway on the other side of the street. If you see a PizzaNovell store, enter the archway to the right and walk towards the other side, the apartment is on the right. 」
