Nice litttle property tight in the middle of Southwold.

Central location

A well presented well stocked studio but in a run down yard in a central location minutes away from beach. Ants crawling around courtyard making it impossible and unpleasant to sit outside in sunshine. Very dusty under beds which was a shock considering Lockdown and supposedly thorough cleaning being implemented alongside a 10 hour gap between vacating property 9am and 7 pm arrival. Sadly won’t be returning and would expect a part refund for lack of cleanliness.
