  • Summary:
    We offer 4 studio apartments located at the main shopping street of Reykjavik. Equipped with everything you may need for your stay.
    Many of Reykjavik’s most iconic sights are within walking distance from the apartments. Harpa Concert Hall, The Icelandic National Gallery, The Althing (The Icelandic parliament) and Reykjavik City Hall are only about 400m away. Hallgrímskirkja, Reykjavik’s most iconic landmark is only 600m away.

    The Space:
    Our Studio Apartments are cosy and comfortable suitable for 4 people using the sofa bed. In a building with an elevator, providing guests with a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge, a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. An oven and stovetop are also featured, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

    Guest Access:
    Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.

    Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience.

    The Neighborhood:
    Situated on the main shopping street Laugarvegur in the heart of down town Reykjavik.
    Many of Reykjavik’s most iconic sights are within walking distance from the apartments. Harpa Concert Hall, The Icelandic National Gallery, The Althing (The Icelandic parliament) and Reykjavik City Hall are only about 400m away. Hallgrímskirkja, Reykjavik’s most iconic landmark is only 600m away.

There was some miscommunication because the property management runs its own website on the side from VRBO. I booked for an early check in through VRBO and the management company never knew about it and didn't process it. We were delayed and stressed out trying to get into the property. It was very frustrating thinking we had done the right thing and then not being taken care of. The location is perfect. Right across from a grocery store and in the middle of the main street. It was within walking distance to most everything. We only took a cab once, to go to the Perlan Observatory. There appeared to be mold growing on one of the walls up next to the ceiling unfortunately.
