Overall stay is ok. Just the shower experiences was bad. The water ran hot and cold periodically without control. Need to fix it for sure!

I loved the storage options offered and was easily able to organize my clothes on all of the shelving. My room was clean and well maintained. Only issue was the water in the shower and staff quickly fixed it once notified. Overall Hótel Múli was a great experience for a female staying there alone.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is no need to be concerned about the Self Check In, it worked perfectly. It is close to downtown and there are some restaurants walking distance. Two things they need to improve: 1. The trash cans and recycle bins are not properly label and located. 2. We requested cleaning as we were staying 6 days, but it was not done.

It was a cozy room. The lobby/ waiting area great- seating, tables, chairs, wooden silverware, napkins, microwave. Place to store luggage while waiting to check in ( we arrived at 7am on a Saturday). The staff was excellent. The location was near grocery store and a number of restaurants: burgers, Mexican, vietnamese, pizza...nice selection short walk. I can definitely recommend this place.

We loved the independence of this hotel. We also loved the smaller details, like the fun-facts on the walls throughout the hotel, the basket of books to read in the lounge, the table-top games, all that added so much to so such a simple idea. I also have to mention how comfortable the mattresses we slept on were. If I ever stay in Reykjavík again, this hotel would be on my list.
