“When checking into our room we unlocked the door and there was someone already in the room. We had to go back down to the desk to get another room.
There was a stool that was under the bedside table. So we moved it to sit on and a wooden piece of the stand fell on my son's foot. The shower curtain was crooked and falling out of the wall on the right side and the shower head was loose. ”

“The Hampton Inn Heath is overall very good. I have just two minor quibbles. The first is that in-room microwaves are available rather than standard. It seems that they have to be specifically requested in advance. The second is that the placement of the soap dispenser in the bathroom is frankly bizarre and may be very awkward for shorter people. I should also note that the hotel is directly in the landing path of the nearby regional airport. Fortunately, we were not able to hear any planes……
