“The owner was very responsive to questions with quick replies. He was also very accommodating with adding extra days and providing things that we needed throughout the week. The property was awesome! The pictures do not do the property justice; the boat house was incredible with 2 slips with lifts as well as 2 lifts for jet skis and a full-size deck on both sides. No matter where the sun was, there was shade available if you wanted it. There were a kayak and paddle available as well, which……

“We loved the yurt! My kids really enjoyed the animals on the farm and playing with them. The interior was cute and simple, but worked for what we needed for a night.”

“Wonderful stay! We will be back! Thank you for the memories.”

“Very cozy, the host was extremely helpful. She was also very sweet. An amazing weekend.”

“We were in town to support my son who was competing in the Chattanooga Tri. We picked this to give us a little get away spot during the weekend. I was not aware but this cottage is actually on the property of the owner. It was off to the side and private. The overall property was incredibly landscaped and beautiful. The space was cozy and a nice place to unwind. The only thing we would change was the bed topper was too soft for our liking. Jillian was a great host and was very attentive,……

“If you are looking at this house, book it!! It is perfect! This was the most well stocked and clean place we have ever stayed. The hosts were amazing and stayed in contact to make sure our stay was perfect. Our kids loved the basement with tvs and bunk beds. We played on the supplied lily pad in the river for hours and hours. We will definitely be back.”

“This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. It also has 2 upstairs bedrooms (no bathroom) that would work for older children or grandchildren though we didn’t need them for this trip. I appreciated that the rear entrance……

“Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. Very comfy common area with big TV, nice views out the……
