Steigenberger Airport Hotel Frankfurt

10/10 Excellent

"Honestly, it was better than the Sheraton in the airport. I needed to stay near the Frankfurt Airport with short notice, and the Sheraton inside the airport was over €500/Night - while I was able to stay at the Steigenberger for less than 1/4th of that cost. Hotel was great, and I don't think you can beat the Price/Value calculation anywhere near the airport. Will come back here next time as well."

"Had a problem at the start with an awful smell of drains in our bathroom. I cannot fault the reception staff as they moved our room straight away. They were amazing. All of them. So helpful. I felt that the housekeeping is a 4 star, not 5. The rooms were very clean but finishing touches slightly lacking. We did not have any shower gel and it was not replaced although the reception had requested this. The food is very very good. Delicious. Breakfast was amazing. Overall I would go back in a heartbeat. Lovely stay. The view from our room was breathtaking."

"Nice clean and quiet, perfect for a stopover. No shuttle anymore, so either take the train (7 min walk from hotel). Breakfast was about €12 I think - overpriced for what it was. There is a supermarket round the corner that you’ll be able to get a cheaper better breakfast for. Staff were lovely."
