「We expected to be in the historic inn. We were given a maybe 2.5 star room off site. We could not get the TV to power on. It took an hour for someone to show up. There was no hair dryer and only 3 hangers. Clean but cheap, chipped furniture. When checking out, no one was around until I finally called out. Receptionist not apologetic. Another person was there at the same time and said he had not seen anyone at the desk since he'd checked in the day before. His room was in the inn but had...

「Our stay at Elmrock was exactly what we needed to get out of town and have many of the beautiful sites of Ulster County available nearby. The House we rented from them was beautifully kept. The Breakfasts were great ant the conversation with others made for nice mornings. ON a VERY hot July 4th Weekend the home was cool and comfortable! Would recommend the Inn highly.」

A walkway bridge had collapsed.
