「Our stay at the Rhinecliff Hotel was great! The view is amazing and the hotel was wonderful. Our room was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities we needed (hair dryer, steamer, extra towels, etc.). Checking in and out of the hotel was so easy. Would definitely stay here again!」

「I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

「Very beautiful and historic. The property and the town. A bit enchanting. Nice boutique, locally owned shops. Fees like you stepped back in time. The room in the courtyard, Courtyard Double, was huge. It had a kitchenette type area with microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator, sitting area with a decanter of cream sherry, gas fire place. 「Very Clean, Homey and Comfy, love the decorations in the house. Complimentary snacks and drinks are sweet, especially when back from the mountain🏂. My wife loves this one too, would like to stay again. 」

「the minute we arrived the host was helpful, and very nice. He even asked if we needed dinner reservations. The room was clean and pristine. the breakfast was excellent. the host was very cordial and helpful. would definitely recommend. would definitely stay again if in that area」

「The breakfast could have been better.」

「It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair. I read in reviews that some folks had croissants outside their door in the am. We did not have that experience. Our room had a tub with a handheld shower and no privacy. I was either a friend, not a partner. It a nice location right near the waterfront. Give the place a good cleaning.」
