「This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again.」

「We love the house. Great location Ann Marie was a pleasure to deal with. Check-in was a breeze with a code to get in the door. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking down the street to the beach next to Point Judith lighthouse. The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone 」

「We had a wonderful stay. Beaches are all close by and many dining options. With the hot weather it was great to have the pool to use. House was clean and very comfortable, felt like home. Was nice to be able to do laundry as well. 」

「Great place to say … three bedrooms….slept six perfectly… walked to Narragansett town beach very easy walk literally 0.7 miles…drive and parked due to chairs/umbrellas etc…clean…. Large dining table for eating or to play games… air conditioners in all rooms kept place nice and cold which is sooo valuable! Great communication with owners with my questions. Would definitely recommend!!」

「The property was outstanding! We had a wonderful time and will be coming back for sure! The house was very clean, bright and beachy! There was plenty of room for all of us, the roll away cot was a bonus! Kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities, we appreciated the wine glasses! Outside shower and deck was also enjoyed. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops, we did drive to the beach, leave early before the lot fills up! At first we were a little uneasy when we arrived and...

「Amazing location, just a 10 min walk to the beach. You literally just need to bring your travel bags & that’s it! They have everything you need. So clean. Outdoor shower, huge fire pit, all beach necessities, games, central air! Beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept on. We booked again for next year already. 」

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
