「This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave」

「We had a fantastic experience at Kashmir Hotel and Spa. The staff was very professional, courteous and polite. The food was really delicious and plentiful. The hotel was quite, you can rest well. The only part I didn't enjoy personally was the massage I got. It was good technique but did not much besides that. 」

「The location at the edge of Bansko is nice and quiet with nature all around. The only down side is that the walls have no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours conversations quite clearly.」
