「This place was great. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. There is no parking nearby which was a downside but the apartment itself had everything we needed. They do have an elevator and air conditioner.」

「Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. 「Very nice place, in the heart of old Bilbao. The only negative comment would be that the walls are super thin, therefore you can hear the other rooms pretty well. Also, please note that, since cars can't circulate in the old part of town, you have to walk a bit to get to the hotel (about 5 mins, nothing to exhausting). Otherwise everything else was perfect.」
