When I met the young staff member at the front desk, he was pleasant & respectful. Room #103 was clean. However the appearance of the room needed attention, regarding the paint, & the tub was peeling off of the side near the base. I did LIKE the window shade instead of the drapes as in other places I've stayed at. It made the room look much neater instead of sloppy. Thank you.

The room was clean, but very outdated. No tissues, no coffee pot, no extras. The door wouldn't unlock because it needed a battery, but it took forever for someone to answer the phone to get help to get in the room. (Over 10 min) Then they finally answered the call. I almost had to leave and get a room somewhere else. Very sparse breakfast. Friendly staff if you see them.

No toilet paper holder, no toilet paper I had to ask front desk, 1 towel paper thin, had to get more from front desk, cigarette burns in bed cover even though non-smoking room. Good points were TV network good options, fridge, microwave, bed comfort, heater worked.

Front desk help, Al Patel was fantastic, however, for the hotel to have been mostly renovated, it still was not in the best of conditions. Still one of my favorites, just wish they had things more under control like cleanliness. But thanks Al for making it the best it could be at the moment.

left within 2 hours of checking in.

dead pest body on the right side of the sofa.. had a strong musty smell in the room.. end table by the bed had the handle falling off of it. missing TV remote. comforter had cigarette burns in many spots. top sheet looked dirty and stained. the young man who checked Me in very polite, fast big props to him.

Definitely could have been neater. Very noisy due to location beside interstate. Location was selected due to proximity of venue I was there for (2.1 miles away) but in reality it was 22 miles away. Guess Google measured that the way crow flies, which was misleading. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had really cold Minnis fridge and air conditioner cold but controls were totally worn out, took several attempts to adjust and finally got it comfortably never changed.

Assigned 3 rooms before actually getting into a room that was ready (we arrived after 5 PM). No shower curtain in bathroom. Towels were extremely small. At 1 AM, another couple tried to enter our room because hotel clerk forgot to change our original unmade room to the one he finally assigned to us, so at 1 AM the room we were in was assigned to another couple. No great places to eat around this area. Overall staff was nice, but our experience was not.

There was no breakfast, every room I’ve booked had roaches and nothing was wiped down, I had to wipe the entire room and buy bug spray to keep the roaches away while I slept, the tvs do not work and the remotes to them are in other rooms and people sit and control and flip the channels in your room.
