"The front desk staff were all kind and courteous throughout our stay. We had an early flight and needed to catch the first shuttle of the day (which we ordered the day before). When the shuttle ended up running late that morning, the front desk attendant immediately called us a complimentary taxi to ensure we would arrive at the airport on time. Very impressed by his attentiveness and high level of customer service. "

"Room was clean. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean, albeit small. Free breakfast was excellent. So many items to choose! Free parking was very appreciated. $10 early check in fee was reasonable. "
