Location is Awesome

My little family (my spouse and our 2 dogs) really enjoyed our stay! The location was 10 minutes from downtown and different shops. The place was very clean and quiet at night. Rene was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the peace and quiet. Location was great close to everything.would have loved the pool but it wasn't ready yet. But All in all if I could do steps I'd definitely come back.

A great spot to crash!

Magnolias is exactly what it is advertising. A great place to stay for a few nights when visiting RVA. Super close to the RIC. Easy to get to and from downtown. Very comfortable. Well worth the price.

Exterior is less than handsome but the upstairs apartment is not lavish but clean, comfortable and spacious! Most importantly I felt safe. The owner is pleasant and accommodating, Value of the rent is equitable.

Space from the hustle and bustle

I stayed at the Magnolias during one of my friend's wedding weekend. The magnolias was a great place to recharge from all of the activity. Check in was easy and streamlined and there was an abundance of cute animals around. (Ducks, an orange cat, and the dogs of the owners) The suite is completly private and many amenities have been provoded along with a kettle, microwave, taster and keurig. It was a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Provided a convenient roof over my head for the night. Worked out for me. Low clearance ceiling in certain areas but the steamer was useful

Like the old saying..never judge a book by its cover. The outside is a distraction and has u second guessing your choice. Once inside u are in for a surprise. Magnolias is a very cozy, comfortable and beautiful pad inside. I will definitely be back and give it 5 stars💜✨️💜✨️
