This home is all about location, with my bike ai can get to work downtown with in 10 mins, pedal to tabol Brewery for 2 mins or just cross the street to play golf. The 1900 sf are divided into 4 rooms 3 bathrooms and an amazing open concept great room. Keyless entry and 24/7 outdoor security cameras are installed.

The house is very nice inside and a cool place to stay. Loved watching movies with projector screen and surround sound. Very close to downtown Richmond.

Great Social Spaces

This property was laid out well with the kitchen open to the dining and living spaces. This would be perfect for a large family or a group of friends to rent. We were able to Uber to and from the property with ease. The backyard was a good place for the kids to let their energy out. The only thing is that noise in the house carried well, so if you have a light sleeper, bring a white noise machine. Otherwise it was really great!
