Nous sommes arrivés à 1h30 du matin. Quand nous sommes arrivés à notre chambre, tache sur le lit, il avait mis du plâtre sur le mur et la poignée du lavabo est à pleine de plâtre. Ce n’était pas la meilleure chambre qu’on a eu. je me croyais à Cuba à 2 étoiles. Ben là on va s’en aller.

While the staff was nice, this property was not as pictured. We arrived late at night, there were people (maybe guests?) out front being incredibly loud, barefoot kids playing on the main staircase, food smells permeated everything. We were desperate (everything in RVA was booked and our previous place messed up/gave our room away) so we gave it a shot ...surely it would be different in the room...we could NOT stay there - the door to our room didn't require a key to get in, the window (no screen) was wide open, it seemed like the AC didn't work at all. There was an exposed wire running the length of the room and the mattresses had extensive staining. For $226/night, this is wild. We were in and out within 5 minutes. Reading the other reviews later on, we definitely made the right call to find another spot.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. We arrived and they were overbooked because of an event nearby so we were forced to upgrade one of our rooms. The condition was terrible. No hot water, a toilet leaking all over the floor, everything including the toilets and towels were dirty and disgusting. It seems that the owners live on site and don't have any staff so everything is falling apart. The mattress on the pull out couch was vile. We put our kids on the beds and wouldn't let them touch the floor because it was THAT nasty. Do not stay here! One other guest told me that they saw roaches

Hotel is hidden way back a long drive in a wooded area. Arriving late at night, I did not feel safe, not even with my dog. The staff seemed annoyed to see that I had a dog with me, despite them being 'pet-friendly.' I would never stay here again.

This place is very run down. Bedding had stains. Bathroom sink had yellow rings. Our TV barely worked and had lines in it. Do not recommend. The continental breakfast had expired items from over a month ago and nats in the drink machine HUGE HEALTH VIOLATION. I stayed February 26th- March 3nd.

I made a reservation with you, and when I arrived at the hotel, they told me there were no rooms available. Furthermore, the staff didn't speak English and told me they had to charge me an extra $10 to give me the room.

The room I booked had a family of mice running around, it was terrifying! The crown molding on the walls was nailed in with the wrong size nails on what looked like linoleum flooring. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathtub looked like a crime scene and had black foot prints on the floor and in the tub. The room I was switched to after the mice incident, didn’t have functioning AC/heating. The building was falling apart with the railing on the staircase on the floor, holes in the walls and electrical outlets hanging off the walls from where the mice had entered. This was the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that had mice and an entire family at that! You could hear them squeaking so m and running through the walls.
