Very friendly and welcoming staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Holiday, including an enormous handmade gingerbread scene! We were upgraded to a lovely king suite with small lounge area.

Staff are great and helpful. Parking attendant super helpful. The building is old and my room smelled like cigar smoke but the room are big and nice view of the river. The furniture is dated.
