“The property was very comfortable and in a fantastic location for walking. It stayed cool during the very hot weather. The only problem was that we couldn’t get the car charger to work and this was one of our reasons for booking the property. There were no instructions for it.”

“Lovely cosy cottage with great views Excellent facilities in the kitchen . Close by Richmond ,Hawes, Leyburn.Would definitely stay again.”

“Wonderful house, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Perfectly located for the shops and attractions. Would stay again”

“Great location with great walks. Cottage was outstandingly clean and comfortable, the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Would definitely stop at this cottage again.”

“Teilweise lag viel Staub auf dem Boden unter den Möbeln. Der Warmwasseraufbereiter macht beim Erwärmen morgens laute Geräusche. Wir sind davon aufgewacht. Die Badeinrichtung war schon älter und nicht mehr so schön. Nachts ging der Bewegungsmelder draußen an. Es schien Licht ins Schlafzimmer.”

“A fantastic location in the heart of Reeth with cafes, pubs and shops literally on the doorstep. We picked Feldman cottage as my 80 year old father has mobility issues and other than a could door thresholds it was all really easy for him. The cottage has everything you need and a lovely back garden. Would definitely recommend, particularly if you have someone who needs downstairs bedroom and bathroom (and doesn’t mind sleeping in a bunk bed). I’m pretty certain we’ll be back, my dad loved it”

“Beautifully clean cottage in an idyllic setting. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived, which was very much appreciated for a chilly weekend, as were the fresh milk and delicious biscuits. Fantastic walks all over, every one of which our dogs loved. The cottage had everything we needed. A very well equiped kitchen, and we were happy to see for the first time in all our rentals, proper Gin glasses! Large, quality wine glasses too. In fact, the cottage was equipped with quality……

“Nice cottage although miles from anywhere. Pub nice and friendly.”

“We had a lovely stay at The Old Barn, it’s well equipped, quiet and dog friendly. The parking worked well, we have a 4x4 and a tow bar mounted bike rack. We also appreciated having a secure shed for our bikes. The neighbours are friendly and made us feel welcome, we are planning to return to the cottage to explore the area further. My only comment is about recycling as we couldn’t find a recycling bin. But we did locate and use the local recycling facility, which is at The Reeth Dales Centre.”

“Great little place in a prime location in a fantastic location. The layout is quirky but part of the charm and a wonderful view from the sitting / dining / kitchen area”

“lovely property in a good location.”
