「Before you judge the accommodations, keep in mind this historic hotel was built as a family home/farm in the 1800's. If you are looking for luxury accommodations then this is not for you, and if the room is the most important thing then you are truly missing the point of what this area has to offer. 「Online information false/misleading and the property is completely unsuitable for anyone with even minor mobility issues. I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. A bathroom is available in the main house, 50 or so meters away. It is not separate from the host's living space (i.e. not private). 「We stayed in the Wall suite and it was beautiful and well thought out. The stone wall was gorgeous and the bathtub was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was handy. Great location downtown and close to waterfront. A bit of noise from the street, but otherwise we have no complaints and would love to stay again.」

「I don't understand why it is rated as Star 2 hotel. The services is excellent; the staff are so helpful; and the environment is excellent. With swimming pool and spa; free breakfast, it is not just value for money, I am willing to pay more for such excellent hotel. It should be rated as Star 3 instead of 2 hotel. 」

「The breakfast was served to our toom in a chill box. FANTASTIC!! I didn't have to negotiate other tourists sticking their, probably unwashed hands into a buffet breakfast. It was filled with prosecco, juices, fruits, breads, cheese, cereal bars. PERFECT. A new concept for us but one we definitely prefer. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.」
