"The proximity to Lincoln Center and the subway stop from Penn Station makes this so easy for people traveling from outside the city by mass transit. We loved the attention from the staff and the very upscale feel without the upscale price. *Ours was a weekday stay. The rooftop bar and outdoor dining/lounging space are super comfortable. Be aware that the tiny pool is a great place for a few kids to play or to soak one’s feet. It is not a lap pool. And if you are going up, be sure you get clear directions. The pool is a hotel property; the bar is a separate enterprise. Each has its own designated elevators."

"Well designed and modern rooms, cleanliness was a high point. Staff were friendly and very helpful in answering questions, providing ideas and directions. Use of bicycles was amazing and the location was superb. The roof top patio was the icing on the cake. Arlo all the way, don't hesitate to book this GEM!"
