Beautiful spot!

Gorgeous, quiet location about 15 minutes from town. Great spot for a small family. We loved the wood burning stove and we definitely appreciated the updated kitchen amenities as we cooked almost every meal during our stay. The view from the deck is nothing short of incredible, and we’ve lived in Colorado our entire lives. Thanks again for the wonderful Christmas! Oh and the tree!

House was very nice and clean! Please keep in mind that the home does not have central air conditioning and we didn’t know that prior to booking our stay! July in SW Colorado can be hot and we definitely were warm! The owners provided one portable AC unit and that kept one bedroom nice and chilly but the rest of us were very warm!

Great Mountain Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked when we arrived (food storage/wraps, spices, coffee, sugar, etc). The property manager was immediately responsive when I did not receive check-in information due to technological difficulties. The property was 15 minutes from downtown Ridgway and easy to access from Montrose. 2 recommendations: 1) outlets with a USB option would be nice and 2) the grill lighter did not work. Thankfully we were able to locate some matches and were able to light it with those. Certainly not deal breakers! We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

It is in excellent condition and the views of the Cimarrons are wonderful. The deck is large and the house amenities are plentiful. The opening and closing instructions were well understood and easy to do. The area is very quiet. The views of the stars and the Milky Way are amazing. The trail system along the Log Hill Mesa has incredible views of the Sneffels Range. We will definitely rent again when we come down to SW Colorado. Thank you!
