“We have had very a bad experience at this home in Rome. I have never had such bad experience and this had spoiled our otherwise good vacation. 1. There were no comforters or blankets or anything we could use to put over ourselves. We took some fitted sheet and towels to cover ourselves in night. Rough night for us. Called them and they apologised but said they cannot do anything that night but they will have someone drop off first thing in the morning. 2. There were no toiletries- not even……

“The beds were very comfortable. The management was very responsive. The furnishings were run down. Sofa sagged to the floor. The living room didn’t have comfortable seating for 5. The dining chairs were not comfortable. It is on a steep hill. We were not aware that it was two apartments plus a bedroom down the hall The photos didn’t give a good indication of the actual apartment. But we did enjoy our time”

“this is a wonderful large home with 2 nice open-air patios, a large living room and dining room and nice kitchen. the location is a short walk to the Vatican or the charming neighborhood of Trastevere. Suggestion to the owner the primary bedroom bed is a very dense and hard foam bed (think of sleeping on a carpeted floor) provide a pillow topper for those of us who like/need softer mattress.”

“Wonderful enchanting location, you can sleep in an ancient tower. It was a memorable experience with a private parking, a private pool, a private Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect for a romantic and relaxing stay.”

“Fabulous location within walking distance of all the basics and to Trastevere/Vatican City. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 and kitchens capable of simple meals. Host (Daniela) was very accomodating and accessible. A few things to note from our stay: we were unable to get the drying function of the combined washer/dryer to work. It was chilly some nights and we could have used extra blankets. Some of the umbrellas/awnings/outdoor furniture needs replacement (normal wear & tear). Limited indoor……
