“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). “Great indoor/outdoor space for 3 families , 3 toddlers and an infant. Dinning table for 12 , kitchen very well equipped. Great location. Special treat owners son got us to help feed the Goats and cows and collect some eggs for breakfast. Gym and basement lounge a plus. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend. ”
