“El internet nunca funcionó en la habitación. Tuve que trabajar en el lobby y fue muy incómodo por el ruido. Cobraron 100R por estacionamiento y realmente el carro se queda en la calle “cuidado” por los vigilantes del hotel. En general la atención del hotel podría mejorar.”

“I have stayed here many times. I have had issues with the cleanliness of the room twice. The bed sheets smelled like sweat, I had to put a towel over the sheets just to sleep. In addition to the smell of sweat, the bed sheets were also humid with a wet sensation to them. The bathroom also had that same smell of sweat.”

“We would gladly stay at the Arena Ipanema again. Hotel modern, great location, excellent customer service with staff all welcoming and who went out of their way to help. Really nice breakfasts In their excellent restaurant, where we also took lunch and dinner. Rooftop bar provides good views.”
