"Kathleen had everything you would need! And all labeled! She does a great job communicating .. The backyard made it all worth renting vs. a hotel. There was a power outage, but thankfully it was restored by 2pm ish. And double thankful for a gas water heater for morning showers! Great place to stay!"

The most important thing I want to note is that i feel like you need to make sure you arrive during the day time hours because we arrived at 11 pm and our kids were truly scared since you have to walk in thru a kind of creepy basement area (where bedroom #1 is). Then there was no WiFi info...

"Off grid getaway tucked deep in the redwoods— arrival itself is an adventure. The apartment is a quiet, peaceful nook with an eclectic touch. The grounds are highly explorable and our pup had a wonderful time. Wondering around and waking up next to the rushing Eel River was a beautiful experience. Great place to stay if your goal is to disconnect for a while. 10/10 will return. "
