"The property and condo were clean, and had all the amenities as described online. We had 5 people staying at the property, and had plenty of room, We very much appreciated having a second bathroom. The pool was exactly as pictured online, and well maintained. The property manager John, had great communication, and was willing to address any issues that we might have. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the Texas Hill Country area."

"Beautiful location, there were 9 of us and we were all very comfortable, plenty of room and beds. Big, beautiful porch to watch magnificent sunsets over the Frio River. We spent most of our time in the water. There are many stairs to the water but once you are down along the river, it is gorgeous! Great place for families! Host was wonderful in communicating with us along the way. Highly recommend!!"

"The Springs is a beautiful place. We really just needed a place to sleep for this trip, but I would love to go back and take advantage of all the wonderful amenities. The cabin was gorgeous and had everything anyone would need for a restful vacation The property is so peaceful and beautiful."
