"Alex was very easy to deal with. We had a minor issue occur, called him and the very next day was out there at the time we specified, he did what he had to do and left. The total time was about 10: minutes. Any time I had to ask him anything he was very prompt in getting back to us. Property was very clean and large enough for all. "We love to travel and bring our dog with us. She is such a light in our life and she DOES love the beach too! So it is nice to find a place not too far from the beach, even if it is winter! My fault for not noticing in the description that it’s a second floor apartment, which was fine for us but noting here as it’s alot of steps and would be difficult for folks with mobility issues. Owner communicated clearly and check in and out were easy. We would stay here again for sure!"

While there are 2 full size beds (still tight before 2 adults & 2 kids (age 11 & 8.) it rained for a few hours once day and the living space was way to small to accommodate more than 2 people. This year was amazing because we were in walking distance to the beach, Duffers and so much more. This rental was very quaint and just enough space for the four of us!! "The place was very clean and in great condition. Very easy check in. The color scheme was very relaxing and I loved the artwork. we only used the queen bed which was comfortable. Parking was not an issue because we were there in the off season. We would consider renting again for next year if still available."
