The residence extends over a large area of 3 hectares, with the possibility of pleasant walks among olive trees, holm oaks and oleanders. Made up of apartments of various sizes, harmoniously inserted within the Mediterranean scrub, it enjoys the suggestive view of the Volterraio Castle. The residence is 12 km far from the port of Portoferraio and Rio Marina.
